Refunds & Exchanges

At Honey Global Hair, we want you to feel confident and in love with your textured hair. While all sales are final, we do offer exchanges or store credit under specific conditions.
 

Refunds:
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
 

Exchanges & Store Credit:

  • Exchanges or store credit are available within 7 days of your tracking delivery date.

  • Products must be returned in like-new condition.
     

What is “like-new condition”?

  • Hair must not be worn, washed, conditioned, installed, brushed, combed, separated, frizzed, colored, or bleached.

  • Original ties must remain intact.

  • Any altered hair cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions.
     

Restocking Fee:
A 10% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns.

Exchanging for a New Item:

  • You may exchange your item for a different one if it is in like-new condition.

  • You are responsible for any price difference and return shipping.

  • No restocking fee is charged when exchanging for another item.
     

Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend tracked shipping for all returns. Honey Global Hair is not responsible for lost returns or exchanges.
     

Before Returning:
Please contact us first at info@honeyglobalhair.com. Returns without prior contact will be denied. Include your order number, full name, and reason for return.

Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled before shipping. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
