Honey Global Hair – Policies

Processing & Shipping

We know you’re excited to get your Honey Global Hair — and so are we. Here’s everything you need to know about how your order moves from our hands to yours.

Order Processing:


All orders are processed within 72 business hours (Mon–Fri, 9 am–5 pm). We’re closed on weekends and holidays.

Tracking:


Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Create an account to track all your orders in one place.

​

Shipping Options:

  • Ground Shipping: 3–6 business days (most US locations) — $15.75 up to 2 lbs, $2 each additional pound

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (most US locations) — $30.75 up to 2 lbs, $2 each additional pound​

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Please monitor your shipping notifications carefully. Once a package is released to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or non-delivered packages.

If your package hasn’t arrived after receiving a tracking link, please contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim. We are unable to intervene or issue replacements/refunds after the package has been accepted and scanned by the shipping company.

At Honey Global Hair, we want you to feel confident and in love with your textured hair. While all sales are final, we do offer exchanges or store credit under specific conditions.

​

Refunds: Due to the nature of the sale, All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. We do however offer product exchanges, under certain circumstances. 

​

Exchanges & Store Credit:

  • Exchanges or store credit are available within 7 days of your tracking delivery date.

  • Products must be returned in original "new" condition.

  • ​

What is original "new" condition”?

  • Hair must not be worn, washed, conditioned, installed, brushed, combed, separated, frizzed, colored, or bleached.

  • Original ties must remain intact.

  • Any altered hair cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions.

Restocking Fee:
A 10% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns.

​

Exchanging for a New Item:

  • You may exchange your item for a different one if it is in like-new condition.

  • You are responsible for any price difference and return shipping.

  • No restocking fee is charged when exchanging for another item.

Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend tracked shipping for all returns. Honey Global Hair is not responsible for lost returns or exchanges.

Before Returning:
Please contact us first at info@honeyglobalhair.com. Returns without prior contact will be denied. Include your order number, full name, and reason for return.

Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled before shipping. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
